I snapped a few pictures to share, and thought of the March Challenge on the Blogging Business Artisans Etsy team. This month's challenge is brought to us by Cynthia of Antiquity Travelers who posed the question "The first signs of spring .... what does spring mean to you? What inspires you as the weather starts to warm up?"
The first flowers popping up, the tiny bright green leaves sprouting on the trees, the breezes prompting me to open my windows and enjoy the beautiful days. That's spring to me!
These tulips were growing on the edges of a parking lot
Even pretty with the lamp post behind them!
Especially, when reflected in a puddle!
So pretty....
We passed a church with a large expanse of front lawn
covered in tiny pink flowers
with patches of Bluebonnets just starting to sprout

Beautiful! You must live in TX. ;-)
Hurray for Springtime! Those yellow tulips are so cheery and beautiful pink flowers!
Beauty - FUL!!!! Love those yellow tulips, looks so fresh and bright! I want my sun in the sunshine state back!!!!
Very pretty flowers, Sarah B. We don't have tulips but do have the Bluebonnets starting up along the road and LOTS of Indian Paintbrush. Some of ours have come and gone, a Red Bud Tree and three Ornamental Pear trees.
Mrs. Jim just before I read this, said look out the window, our Azaleas are starting to bloom.
Next should be the Iris, then the Lilly of the Valley, and finally the ever growing patch of Ginger Plants with the pinkish purple flowers.
Yes, we live in Texas also, 50 miles north of the Houston P.O.
..
I too am enjoying seeing the flowers everywhere. I can't wait to shoot some inspiring photos of it when the rain cools down.
Very cool puddle reflection!
No spring flowers here yet, but it's only a matter of time. Thanks for the preview.
Lovely spring pictures ! Our nature is rather late, no flowers yet !
Those pictures are wonderful. I miss tulips as you seldom see them in southern California. We also don't really have spring as we don't have winter but for me spring starts when my calla lilies start blooming. Spring here started the first week of February!
so wonderful to see your photos of spring time flowers! Delightful!
Happy Weekend coming to you,
artmusedog and carol
Thanks for sharing your beautiful Spring flowers where you live. The tulips are so pretty!.
Thanks for stopping by. Bill does not appear to be a feral cat (they would not let him inside if he was). They are pretty sure he was dumped in their area or someone moved and left him behind? :( Loves being around the children, and acts like a domesticated house cat, and was very clean and well taken care of when showed up at their home.
What beautiful Spring flowers!
I saw PASQUE FLOWERS growing on campus today!! They made me smile. No tulips here yet---but it won't be long. I LOVE the wildflowers.
Spring flowers! I go gaga over them. You took great photos of them. Thanks for sharing.
The View from the Top of the Ladder
Gorgeous! I love the field of pink flowers. We don't have anything blooming here yet, but I see some green blades of grass popping up among all of the brown, so that's progress! Haha.
Thank you for sharing this beauty! I love yellow tulips. but we mostly have red ones for some reason.
What beautiful flowers! Daffs are always so 'sunny' to me and can't wait until mine finally show up!! Really wonderful photos of those flowers and the field of wild flowers too!

We are beginning to see these here as well. We will soon have field of beautiful blue bonnets.
Oh the photos are so pretty - love the refection of the tulips - and the Grape Hyacinths look great with the little pink flowers.
Hi Sarah Beth,
Ooo, I've always loved daffodils! But those blue bonnets are so lovely. Thanks for playing today.
Happy Blue Monday!
Your pics were a ray of sunshine.
Spring is having a hard time arriving in Western P.A.
Such pretty shares. I love the gorgeous bright colors of all the flowers. Enjoy a wonderful week. Thanks for sharing.
I was also thinking you must be in Texas when I saw the bluebonnets. I always loved stopping to take photos in the Spring of the wildflowers when I lived there. All along the highways in East Texas there are beautiful flowers. Happy Spring, Diane

Oh wow! lovely photos! Spring is much father along where you live! It will be warmer here the next few days, so I expect to see more flowers popping up.
Such gorgeous spring flowers, I do love the blue bonnets. This part of the country gets our daffodils first and I have two areas with lots of yellow. Thanks for your visit.
