Tea Party for Two

You're invited to a tea party!

There will be cookies!

OK, so it's not a real tea party... but it could be a doll tea party; definitely a little girl's tea party :)

Looks yummy, huh?

Maybe I should call this "Evolution of a Tea Party" because at first I made just one teacup, and was going to list it in my Etsy shop as a pincushion.

Then, I decided to make another teacup and list it as a toy.

But those two teacups needed something sweet to go along with them.... so along came the two sugar cookies! With sweet pink icing. And sprinkles.

Is your sweet tooth acting up yet?

Mine is.

Much better (for me) a 'tea party' than a pincushion. They are sooo pretty.
Until we got electricity and a bathroom built into half of our porch we bathed in a tub in the kitchen. My sister got the clean water, she was first. Fading Memories

SO cute! I like that it could be tea or cocoa in the mugs.

Oh how precious. Any little girl would love to have that set, and mom would never have to worry about broken china.

Very, very clever. If I was little again, I'd have so much with these teapots and cookies.

Pincushion or toy they are just adorable! I would surely use one as a pincushion and I can see them in a child room also. So, so cute! Thanks for sharing with SYC.

Jann
